MARGARET IS A BRILLIANT FILM BY KENNETH LONERGAN. IT WAS RELEASED THIS PAST YEAR IN SOME OF THE MOST UNFORTUNATE CIRCUMSTANCES A MOVIE CAN GO THROUGH. ESPECIALLY FOR SOMETHING THIS GOOD.
BUT IT’S TROUBLES ARE IN LARGE PART DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT ALSO IS ALSO ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT FILMS TO TALK ABOUT ON THE PLANET. HULK TRIED HULK’S BEST, BUT PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT MAKES THE MOVIE SO INTERESTING, SO VIBRANT, SO TROUBLING, AND HOPEFULLY… SO GREAT.

re: point 13
The real reason Scorcese played the bit part in “Taxi Driver” was because the original actor was unavailable. He said so (see the extras on the DVD).
OK, so how so I actually see this? I live in the arid foothills of the Rockies, and it appears to be playing at 5pm at one theatre in Manhattan. Fox Searchlight has nothing about streaming or dvd release. Help!
